I need help figuring out why the icons are missing, it's also just the built-in ac villagers icons that are missing because I don't have any custom ones

I see, that makes sense! I'll try fixing it by adding it on the notepad instead!

whenever I put a custom villager and assigned it to a viewer/mod it breaks everyone's icon including mine. I add it like this

First I put a png picture for the icon on the assets folder. Then open the overlay-villager-chat html, then add a custom villager with the same name of the png and chose the png on the assets folder.

yes it works just fine without the custom villagers

I'm trying to fix the widget and I've noticed that whenever I add a custom "villager" on the asset folder and give it to someone on chat as an exclusive icon. It screws everything up. Not sure what causing this. If anyone have a fix on this problem please help.
