Positive: The base style looks good. There's options to change colours and have a rectangle border around the edges, which is rare in Slime2.
Negative: Several things about the nametag, I wish I could customize but can't. Things like the tilt, or the colour, or giving the nametag a border too.
So, I would recommend this overlay but only if you like the nametag exactly as it is with no tweaks.
Edit: I've found a way to manipulate the raw CSS file to do things like make the nametag have a user-coloured border and a black background behind it, but this is not doable in the basic UI
