Fixes
- Streamers who aren't yet affiliate/partner can now use slime2 (there was an error when fetching channel point rewards)
- testArtist is now included in test messages
- testFounder is now set as both a founder and subscriber in test messages
- Send Test Message button should now always be above everything in the overlay (z-index set to 999)
