EDIT: I did manage to fix this by just getting fresh files and editing the settings again from scratch. Still not sure what caused the issue, as far as I can tell my settings are the same between both, but it works!
Heya! I have a bit of a similar issue capid above actually, but I'm on OBS. Randomly only a few users were showing up in my chat box. I realized they were the custom ones I added into the default villager file manually (so not using the custom villager feature in the widget). For some reason, only those work. The only difference I can find is for these custom villagers is I did set them all up as permanent villager assignments in the widget. But whereas before I had these custom villagers AND the default ones showing up in chat, now only the custom ones show up.
I thought it may have not been reading the villagers list correctly, but since I manually put my custom villagers into the file and those display fine, I don't think that's it. It seems to be an issue where it's only displaying users with permanent assignments, and I don't think I changed a setting for it. I saw you mention if exclusivity is enabled it can cause some issues, but none of my permanent villagers are exclusive either. I should specify that everything works fine on the widget page, everyone shows up as they should. It's just OBS and the stream where chat bubbles from most users aren't popping up at all. I've been scratching my head trying to find out what could be causing it, but I can't seem to find a setting that could be the issue. I also tried saving another settings file and replacing my old one to see if something messed up there, but no dice. No rush of course, and thanks for any assistance!
